FROM THE RUNWAY TO THE RING
Goglet Guillaume creates bespoke boxing shorts and walkout garments for professional fighters with a considered sense of style.
Each piece is developed in close collaboration with the fighter, translating their identity and ideas into material and form, and setting them apart within the ring.

This work began from the sense that much contemporary boxing attire leaves little room for expression. Garments produced by specialist sportswear manufacturers tend toward uniformity, with customisation limited largely to surface detail.
At the highest level of the sport, another approach becomes visible.
Fighters appear in garments conceived by designers, recognising the walk to the ring as a moment of presence as well as performance — though excess often replaces intention.
Goglet Guillaume approaches boxing attire differently. Each piece is treated as a garment first, and as equipment second, shaped through dialogue with the fighter and grounded in material, restraint, and singular craft.

RECENT WORK
Our first boxing commission was developed in collaboration with professional fighter Joel Bartell. A bespoke pair of boxing shorts and a walkout jacket
were created for his bout, shaped by his vision and identity,
and worn in his victory.

The jacket features a bib-like silhouette with wide, boxy shoulders, a narrow waist, and recessed shaping on either side.
It is constructed with a double zip, a large collar, and a three-piece hood that covers both face and head.
Two fisheye darts at the back further accentuate the slim waist.
Echoing the jacket, the shorts are cut with knife-like panelling, producing an aggressive yet controlled aesthetic.
Both garments are constructed from metallic black lamb leather, black cotton, and finished with white splattered highlights.
