These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and the purchase of goods from Goglet Guillaume.
By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products
Goglet Guillaume produces one-of-one ready-to-wear garments and bespoke garments created to order.
All products are described as accurately as possible, including material composition, sizing, and construction.
Due to the nature of production, no two garments are identical.
3. Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that:
• you have reviewed the product description and imagery
• you understand the garment is unique
• you accept that all sales are final subject to these Terms
Goglet Guillaume reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP unless stated otherwise.
Accepted payment methods:
• Debit and credit cards
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay
• PayPal
Card details may be saved securely within your account for future purchases.
For commissions and bespoke garments:
• 50% of the agreed price is payable upon confirmation
• the remaining 50% is payable upon completion
• shipping costs (where applicable) are added to the final balance
Deposits for commissions are non-refundable once work has commenced.
5. Shipping
Orders are shipped to the United Kingdom and the European Union only.
All shipments are dispatched using tracked and signature-required services provided by Royal Mail. At checkout, customers may select from the following delivery options:
Standard Shipping — Royal Mail Tracked 48 with signature (estimated delivery 2–3 working days).
Premium Shipping — Royal Mail Tracked 24 with signature (next working day delivery).
Shipping costs are calculated live at checkout based on destination and selected service.
Both shipping options include automatic full coverage for loss, theft, and damage during transit.
In the event of an approved claim, this coverage provides either reshipment or reimbursement in accordance with the terms of the shipping provider.
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility for delivery is governed by the carrier’s terms and the protection coverage applied to the shipment. Claims relating to transit loss, theft, or damage must be submitted within the timeframe specified by the shipping provider.
6. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Commissioned and bespoke garments may only be cancelled before work has begun.
Once production has commenced, cancellations are not permitted.
7. Returns & Refunds
All garments produced by Goglet Guillaume are created as one-of-one pieces.
As such, returns are not accepted.
Customers are strongly advised to:
• review all product information carefully
• examine all images
• consider sizing and fit before purchase
• contact Goglet Guillaume with any questions prior to ordering
By completing a purchase, the customer confirms that they have considered the garment fully and accept that the sale is final.
This policy applies to both ready-to-wear garments and commissioned or bespoke garments.
This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of faulty or misdescribed goods.
8. Bespoke & Commissions
Bespoke garments and commissions are developed in consultation with the client.
Production begins only once:
• a design has been agreed
• a price has been confirmed
• the initial payment has been received
Due to their made-to-order nature:
• bespoke garments are non-returnable
• deposits are non-refundable
• minor variations in finish are inherent to the process
Shipping costs for commissions are added to the final payment where applicable.
9. Intellectual Property
All designs, garments, photographs, written content, and branding are the intellectual property of Goglet Guillaume.
No design may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
Purchase of a garment does not grant rights to reproduce the design.
10. Liability
Goglet Guillaume shall not be liable for:
• indirect or consequential losses
• delays caused by carriers
• damage caused after delivery
• misuse of garments
Damage resulting from improper care, cleaning, or storage is not considered a manufacturing fault.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
