Returns & Refunds Policy

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made from Goglet Guillaume.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Policy

All garments produced by Goglet Guillaume are created as individual, one-of-one pieces.

Due to the nature of production, returns are not accepted.

Customers are strongly advised to carefully review all product information prior to purchase, including:

• detailed descriptions
• measurements and fit information
• material composition
• imagery and close-up photographs

Customers are encouraged to contact Goglet Guillaume with any questions before placing an order.

By completing a purchase, the customer confirms that they have considered the garment fully and accept that the sale is final.

2. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

If an item is faulty or significantly not as described, you must notify Goglet Guillaume within a reasonable period of delivery.

Where a fault is confirmed, a remedy will be offered in accordance with applicable law. This may include repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances and availability.

3. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

4. Bespoke & Commissioned Garments

Bespoke garments and commissions are produced to order and developed in consultation with the client.

For bespoke and commissioned pieces:

• returns are not accepted
• deposits are non-refundable once production has commenced
• cancellations are only permitted before work has begun

Minor variations in finish and material are inherent to the bespoke process and do not constitute faults.

5. Refunds

Refunds are issued only where:

• an order is cancelled prior to dispatch
• or where goods are confirmed to be faulty or misdescribed

Refunds will be made to the original method of payment and may take several working days to process, depending on the payment provider.

6. Transit Loss or Damage 

All shipments are dispatched using tracked and signature-required services and include automatic coverage for loss, theft, and damage in transit.

If an order is lost, stolen, or damaged during delivery, Goglet Guillaume will arrange either reshipment or reimbursement in accordance with the terms of the shipping protection provider.

Claims must be reported within the timeframe specified by the carrier and protection provider.

7. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable except where required by law.

Where a refund is issued due to confirmed loss, damage, or fault, original shipping charges may be refunded in accordance with applicable law and the terms of the shipping protection coverage.
